Hi Leslie. Are you from Bangalore?

Yes, I am from Bangalore.

What do you like about Bangalore?

Bangalore is my hometown. It is now one of the dynamic cities – various culture, languages and food. One thing I like about Bangalore is it’s synthesis of many cultures that has made it a cosmopolitan.

What is it that you do not like about Bangalore?

The road traffic and the condition of our roads. With rising population, the waste control management is losing it’s grip.

Talking about work, what do you do here in Bngalore?

I have been working in Accenture, since 6 years. Now, I work as Senior System Analyst.

Great, do you like your job? What is it that you like about it the most?

Yes, I do love my job. It gives me opportunities to interact with new people and be involved with various activities related to Disability Awareness.

What is it about the company, that you like or dislike?

One main thing I love about my company is it’s ability provide support and guidance for Persons with Disabilities.

How has your company and your manager s helped you in your professional growth?

My professional growth in the last 6 years has not been very smooth. It had lots of obstacles. With the help of my manager, I managed to push myself harder to do more and more. And, Now I am happy where I am.

How has your team/friends/peers been instrumental to your worklife?

I am so blessed to have wonderful people around me who involve me in their plans so I could come out open and interact with them. Communication is the essential key to personal as well as professional growth. I am glad to have such a friendly environment to allow me to grow.

When, you are not working, how do you spend your time doing?

I love spending time with my family, friends and relatives. Watching movies and imitating the characters in it are one of my favorite pass-times. I love to play outdoor games to keep myself fit. I also like reaching out to people who are facing difficulties in life.

How do you see yourself in the future ? Goals , aspirations?

In future, I hope to see me as a better human being than present. My goal is mainly to improve myself on daily basis.
