About Ranjini
Born with severe bilateral sensorineural hearing loss, Ranjini defied odds to achieve unparalleled success. Through rigorous speech therapy, lip-reading, and visual learning, she completed her B.Com in Normal school, College. She is currently Assistant Manager at Infosys, leading a team of (12 normal and 3 Deaf employees).
