Suja Warriar

Suja Warriar is a seasoned professional with 27 years of experience in education, research, sustainability, ESG reporting, and Diversity & Inclusion. She is the Director at Wequity, a women-led social impact start-up. Suja holds a post-graduate degree and a diploma in management from Symbiosis, Pune, along with a Master's in Psychology. She is also a certified CSR strategist, DNV auditor, and social auditor.Suja has a deep commitment to social causes, having taken a two-year sabbatical to work with NGOs supporting tribal upliftment and disaster relief efforts. She actively supports environmental projects and serves on the boards of several NGOs. Recognized as one of the "101 Most Impactful CSR Leaders" by the World CSR Congress and a recipient of the ZEE Business National Leadership Award (2019), Suja is a prominent advocate for sustainability, mental health, and gender parity.Her contributions extend to organizing free mental health camps for urban slums and leading gender parity initiatives at CII IWN, where she also drove campus-to-career programs.
