Dr. Raksha

Dr. Raksha is an Assistant Professor at Siddharth University, Kapilvastu, Siddharth Nagar, with expertise in women’s development, youth and entrepreneurship, gender issues, communication, and rural development. She is currently exploring nutritional security and employment opportunities in Siddharthnagar while guiding Ph.D. students.With extensive experience in teaching, research, and extension, Dr. Raksha has worked with reputed institutions like ICAR, ICAR-IARI, ANDUAT, and NIRDP&R. Her research includes developing local breakfast options using agricultural grains, demonstrating lab-tested technologies, and studying ICTs and credit utilization by rural women.She has trained agricultural officers, youth, and grassroots workers and led a NABARD-sanctioned project for rural women’s empowerment in Jharkhand. Dr. Raksha is dedicated to sustainable rural development and open to collaborations.
