Rashmi Vikram

Rashmi Vikram is currently Chief Equity Officer APAC at Dentsu. In this role, Rashmi is responsible for shaping and leading the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and execution across the region, ensuring it is embedded into all dentsu does for their people, clients and for society. Pursuing a passion, Rashmi has a keen interest in mental health and volunteering. She is an active mentor and ally for underrepresented communities. Her purpose in life is to work towards creating more mindful and inclusive communities at work and beyond. Rashmi believes that storytelling is a powerful tool to encourage conversations around belonging and inclusion.
