Harish Deshistha Kulkarni

Harish Deshistha Kulkarni (HDK) is a Manager at Tata Communications, leading the global employee volunteering program and driving digital transformation in the CSR ecosystem. With over a decade of experience in CSR, he has executed impactful initiatives in child development, education, environment, and skill development, engaging 12,000+ employees across 50+ cities in 20+ countries. A certified CSR professional from ICSI and the first Indian to earn the Certified Volunteer Administration (CVA) credential, Harish is known for fostering partnerships, strategic program design, and promoting diversity and inclusion. He holds a Master’s in Development Management and has worked with organizations like SOS Children’s Village and Karadi Path. Harish’s efforts have earned him accolades like the Young CSR Leader award from UBS. Fluent in five languages, he enjoys biking and playing badminton in his free time.
